Honey One FAQ, Shipping & Returns
How do pre-orders work?
- Products available for pre-order will be clearly indicated on the product page. Full payment is taken when your order is placed.
- If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact us at info@honeyone.co.uk. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
- If your order contains both pre-order and available honey jars, all items will normally be dispatched together once everything is in stock.
- If you would like your available products delivered sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
What happens if I enter the wrong delivery address?
- If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please email us at info@honeyone.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
- We will do our best to amend the details before dispatch. Once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, we may not be able to change the address.
- This does not affect your statutory rights if we fail to deliver your order as agreed.
How long does order processing take?
- Orders placed Monday to Thursday are normally processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.
- Orders placed on Friday, over the weekend or on a UK bank holiday will normally begin processing on the next working day.
- Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2–3 working days, while Tracked 24 aims for next-working-day delivery. These are delivery aims, not guarantees.
- We will contact you if there are any unexpected delays.
What are your delivery methods?
- We currently offer the following recommended UK delivery options:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £4.95: Standard tracked delivery, normally 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.95: Faster tracked delivery, usually the next working day after dispatch.
- All honey jars are carefully packed to help protect them during transport.
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. Any additional charges for destinations or packages outside the standard service will be clearly displayed before you place your order.
What is your return policy?
- We want you to be completely happy with your Honey One purchase. If your honey arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email info@honeyone.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue.
- If your jar arrives broken, leaking or with a damaged seal, please do not consume the contents. Contact us so we can arrange an appropriate refund or replacement.
- For eligible online purchases, you normally have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by another 14 days to return the goods.
- Some products may be exempt from cancellation rights, including certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Any applicable exception will be handled in accordance with UK law.
- Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, refunds, including any applicable standard delivery charge, will be processed in accordance with UK consumer law. Return postage may be your responsibility for a change-of-mind return if we have informed you of this beforehand.
- Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept major debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, where supported by our checkout provider.
- Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods may also be available, depending on your device and the payment options displayed at checkout.
- All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
