Hot Honey Roasted Cauliflower
Cauliflower roasted hard until the edges char, then tossed in a sticky hot honey glaze. Even committed cauliflower sceptics come round to this one — it's sweet, smoky and just spicy enough.
Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tbsp Honey One Hot Honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- A handful of coriander leaves
- Salt and black pepper
Method
- Heat the oven to 210°C fan / 230°C conventional.
- Toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, cumin, paprika and a good pinch of salt on a large roasting tray.
- Roast for 22–25 minutes, turning once, until tender with deeply caramelised, charred edges.
- Warm the Hot Honey and lemon juice together, pour over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
- Return to the oven for 5 minutes, until sticky and glossy.
- Scatter over the sesame seeds and coriander, and season with a little black pepper.
